Hi, is Verónica from CI&TI am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Software Architect Position to join us

CI&T is expanding and we are looking for a **Senior Developer **to be part of our team in our development center in **Colombia**. In this position, you will lead technically and design software solutions, working closely with teams in US and Brazil.

**_To Be Considered You'll Need:_**
- **English fluency**:

- **Your CV/resume submitted in English**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the product backlog, working closely with the Scrum Master and the client to break down the user stories into manageable tasks.
- Ensure that solutions are following security and performance best practices.
- Maintain design and other documentation required by the clients.
- Communicate with customer’s team members to discuss technical solutions.
- Understand requirements and make viable technical solutions by choosing appropriate frameworks.
- Guarantee a stable and productive development environment.

**Requirements for this challenge**:

- **Fluent or advanced** English **Skills**:

- Experience with Azure
- Solid experience in frontend development, including** React**, XState, Next.js and GraphQL.
- Comfort learning new frameworks.
- Experience with Feature Flags
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Circle CI, Github and Gitlab).
- Ability to create a proof of concepts and code complex mechanisms.
- Willingness to work with different technologies and learn every day.
- Ability to share your knowledge with more junior team members.
