**A Day in the Life**:Contribute to offering Medtronic business units services that support their clinical operations at an outstanding quality and efficiency level, contributing to their strategies for worldwide medical device approvals to introduce new products to market. In this role as an Associate Clinical Business Intelligence Specialist in MCRS Biostatistics and Clinical Intelligence, your core responsibilities will be to offer our stakeholders report development and business intelligence solutions applied to clinical trials conduct. Partnering with your teammates you will be responsible to ensure our services continue to meet the needed level of quality, accuracy, availability and expectations from our stakeholders.

As an Associate Clinical Business Intelligence, you will play a critical role in supporting Medtronic's global clinical operations by developing high-quality reports and technical solutions that drive clinical trial efficiency and strategic product development. This will be a remote model position based in Colombia.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Develop and execute clinical data and operational reports with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with Clinical Data Specialists, Clinical Safety Specialists, Statistical Programmers, and cross-functional teams
- Design, develop, and test clinical reports, system interfaces, and clinical data transfers under supervision
- Support team members in planning and implementing clinical reporting solutions
- Provide technical consultation and guidance to vendors and project teams
- Thoroughly review and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and quality requirements

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree
- One year of experience in regulatory, quality or business intelligence
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge or experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL programming; Reporting tools (SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Power BI)
- Familiarity with ICH/GCP/FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11 and basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages (Python,.NET, C#, Java, R, SAS) is advantageous
