**_ Your role in our MINT family:_**
- Integrated into one of our multinational Scrum Development teams, you performmanual QA testing on our

product
- You are responsible for creating, documenting, and maintaining test cases in cooperation with the other QA

teammembers
- You will be working closely with the developers to test product changes during the sprint to assure the best

product quality
- Together with the Scrum team, you will give valuable input during backlog refinements regarding QA

related efforts and impacts
- You identify, record and document thoroughly, track bugs and perform thorough regression testing when

the bugs are resolve

- You have an academic degree in the field of (business) information technology or a comparable degree

relevant to the position or profound work experience in a related field
- You bring profound knowledge and practical experience with functional and non-functional testing, and

performance testing
- You are experienced in writing and executingmanual test cases
- You have knowledge and previous experiences with modern development practices such as CI/CD and

cloud-based technology
- You are preferably familiar with tools like Selenium, Appium, and Jenkins
- You have a pro-active and solution-oriented hands-on working style and technical experience solving

security challenges
- You enjoy working in a team, have excellent people skills, and can communicate at all hierarchical levels in

amanner appropriate to the target group
- You are willing to occasionally travel to MINTs international locations
- Your English language skills are great, both written and oral
- You are passionate about technology and security - you love keeping pace with the latest thinking and

development, and you thrive on change
