Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a **U.S.based personal injury law firm** for the position of **Medical Records Specialist**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Requesting and tracking medical records and bills.
- Inputting data accurately into case workbooks.
- Calculating specials with precision.
- Preparing (queuing up) complete case files for demand.
- Gathering supporting materials such as property damage estimates, crash photos, and client photos.
- Ensuring all files are complete, accurate, and well-organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a personal injury law firm (required).
- Experience with **Clio** or similar case management software (strongly preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
