**Key responsibilities**

Our **GBS Recruiting Student Intern** will be able to work developing and innovating in the following activities:

- Support the recruiting processes end to end (from sourcing to onboarding) for the Bogotá Hubs population, including SENA, Interns, Fresh out and Experienced professionals.
- Perform and do the proper follow up of the SENA Recruits for the Bogotá Hubs to guarantee the compliance of the sena Quota.
- Keep up to date the recruiting trackers and data.
- Participate and coordinate the Talent attraction activities with the team, including university careers fairs, engagements and visits.
- Support training for the stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
- Advise and perform improvements in the Talent acquisition processes.
- Carry out Employer branding initiatives for the Bogota hubs.
- Participate in the training of new joiners of the recruiting team.

**Academic Background**

Industrial Engineer, Psychology, International affairs, Business Administration, or related fields.

**Additional Requirements**

**English Level**: B2, we must communicate and provide services for our Hemisphere
