As an **Operations Support **you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system, making sure the updates are on time through inbound and outbound calls.

**Requirements**:

- Good customer service skills.

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least **6 months of experience** working in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations, back office or logistics.
- **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Friday 11:00pm -Saturday 08:00am; Saturday 11:00pm Sunday 08:00am. Monday 07:00-4:00; Tuesday 07:00- 04:00pm; Wednesday: 07:00-04:00pm, Thursday: OFF
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for **Medellín, Colombia**. This position will be **on-site**.
- **Salary: $2'500.000 COP **+ Night Surcharges
