We pride ourselves on providing high quality products and solutions to our customers, thus helping them succeed in a competitive marketplace. We are looking for a Graphics & UI/UX Designer to work in a full-time telecommuting model with the following qualifications.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and implement UI/UX & Web design process.
- Create, develop and design user interface designs, user personas, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.
- Conducting user research and understanding user needs.
- Evaluate customer feedback and update designs accordingly.
- Ensure a consistent user experience across various platforms (web, mobile).
- Performing and reporting advanced usability tests.
- Manage and coordinate UI/UX Projects.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience in web design and mobile app design.
- Have a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
- To be able to use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, IIllustrator, XD), Figma effectively.
- To have strong design skills in the field and to have a desire to improve yourself by following new design trends in the sector.
- To have the ability to combine visual and textual content in accordance with digital marketing strategies.
- Passion for interaction design with a strong focus on conversion optimization and A/B testing.
- Having used platforms such as Jira and Microsoft Teams before and having the competence to execute and coordinate projects on these and similar platforms.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- To have the ability to work harmoniously and effectively in a team.
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/XD Expertise:
- Good ability to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/XD.
- To have the ability to aesthetically create/design visual designs, brand colors, current design trends and appropriate typographic designs together.
- To have the ability to design visual content that will attract the attention of the target audience (Persona).
Ability to Design and Optimize UX/UI:
- To have the ability to improve the user experience and interface design of the website based on analysis and feedback.
- Ability to create and optimize UI/UX design concepts for the website in accordance with the digital strategy.
Effectiveness in Web Design:
- Ability to provide an effective design proposal prior to the design of a new website, if required.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web design tools (coding is not required, but an understanding of the complexity and applicability of the design is important).
**Case Study**:
You should preferably work on Figma or Adobe XD, both Desktop and Mobile, and share your Re-Design work with us. Along with your work, you should provide a short summary that summarizes/explains the analysis you have done on the existing page and the edits on the newly designed page.
**Job Type**:Full-time
Full-time 40 hours per week remote working model. Monday-Friday US time Central Time, 08.00 am-04.00 pm.
**Salary**: 1000 USD (3.830.000 COP) per month
