**About Convatec**

As part of our Collections team, you’ll help manage customer accounts, follow up on overdue payments, and support the company’s cash flow. You’ll gain hands-on experience with financial processes, customer communication, and problem-solving, while learning from experienced colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support customer account management: Track account status and help report on outstanding balances.
- Follow up on overdue accounts: Send reminders, make phone calls, and assist with collection activities.
- Collaborate with teams: Work with Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
- Respond to customer queries: Monitor shared inboxes and provide timely, professional replies.
- Learn financial forecasting: Assist with treasury forecasts and aging analysis to minimize risks.
- Participate in team projects: Join monthly review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships: Develop communication skills with internal and external customers.
- Update Convatec work instructions and SOPs on a regular basis.
- Perform other functions as assigned like (SAP or EMAGIA SME).
- Lead small projects within the team.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate or early career professional in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in collections, finance operations, or customer service.
- Internship or academic project experience in finance/accounting is a plus.
- Willingness to learn tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other finance systems.

**Soft Skills**

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Adaptability to new situations and ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Integrity, transparency, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.

**Languages**:

- English: Speaking /Writing/Reading: C1 Advanced.
