Hybrid, Remote Colombia Medellín We’re looking for a Middle Software Engineer to join a growing team supporting and improving a production platform. This role combines technical support, debugging, and hands-on development, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy solving production issues, improving system stability, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities
:
- Handle L2 support tickets by investigating, debugging, and resolving production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and propose long-term solutions
- Implement code fixes and minor enhancements using PHP and React:
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents when needed
- Collaborate with Support, QA, Product, and Engineering teams
- Improve platform stability by addressing recurring issues
- Maintain technical documentation for known issues and fixes Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks)
- Solid knowledge of React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience working with and debugging REST APIs:
- Good understanding of SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Experience with:
- Bug fixing
- Incident investigation
- Production support environments
- Familiarity with Git workflows and pull requests
- Experience using issue tracking tools such as Jira
