Demand Planning Head

Join the K Family in Bogotá, Colombia. And you will be responsible to provide value by the detailed definition and alignment on unbiased and realistic forecast between clients, Customer Development, Marketing, Supply, Finance throughout active participation in Integrated Business Planning Cycle, will be the primary lead of the collaborative programs with customers and cross multifunctional team.

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Lead Collaborative programs - **to improve forecast and service level.
- ** Calculation of the baselines using historical information - **Assignment of statistical models by families, customers, and products. Statistical modeling and provide recommendations
- ** Planning tool management - **Incorporation of new initiatives in the planning tool and load of actuals in the planning tool
- ** Integrated Business Planning - **Leading customer demand sessions and participate actively in the process, partnering with cross functional teams team to quantify and validate risk and opportunities and support the development of plans to close gaps between forecast and targets.

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelors degree diploma
- 2-3 years experience in Demand planning
- Knowledge of statistical models for projections
- High Expertise in Excel and data analysis
- Fluent in English
- Leadership skills, communicate and negotiation skills
