**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-driven Employment Affairs Specialist to join our Legal, Compliance & Labor team. In this key role, you'll ensure our employment practices align with local and international labor laws, manage sensitive employee matters, and support a compliant and people-centered workplace across LATAM.
**What You’ll Do**
- Draft and review employment contracts, offer letters, promotions, and terminations
- Document and manage performance warnings, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records
- Keep policies, procedures, and handbooks aligned with legal updates
- Advise managers on labor compliance and employee relations across jurisdictions
- Handle employee information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Support internal audits and investigations in collaboration with Legal
- Promote consistent global employment practices across regions
**What We’re Looking For**
- Degree in Law, HR, Labor Psychology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in employment/labor affairs within a multinational setting
- Strong knowledge of LATAM labor laws (U. S. experience is a plus)
- Fluent in Spanish with strong English (intermediate to advanced)
- Excellent drafting and communication skills for legal/HR documents
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ethical, discreet, and confident in handling sensitive matters
