**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Law)
- Specialization in commercial law, labor law, corporate or contractual law. (one of the above sufficient)
- Minimum of 4-6 years professional work experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Professional English level (B2/C1)
- Experience in a law firm or in a legal corporate department
- Extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial and labor contracts.
- Demonstrate a keen ability to issue spot-sensitive legal and business concerns, including a strong sense of when to escalate (and not escalate) such matters to internal partners.
- Client management experience
- Team management experience
- Strong attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, review, edit, and manage a wide variety of labor and commercial agreements, including supply, customer, trademark license, independent contractor and professional services agreements, NDAs, PEO licenses, etc.
- Prepare, review, and edit legal concepts regarding the client’s needs.
- Help BLH by reviewing contractual documents and advising on legal and commercial risks.
- Assist with company formation processes, attention to notarial proceedings, legalization of POAs, attention to requirements of public and private entities.
- Provide legal advice and counseling to Human Resources, accounting, and others as needed.
- Ensure that BLH is aware of relevant legislation affecting BLH and its group companies, and help the business prepare for future changes.
- Assist with reviewing and organizing corporate documents (Articles of Incorporation, Resolutions, Minutes, Powers-of-Attorney, Proxies, etc.).
- Ensure that HR Global is aware of relevant legislation affecting HR
- Actively promote and protect BLH’s commercial interests.
