**This position reports to**:
Customer Support Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, direct, and monitor all activities in the warehouse. Each day, you will develop and manage warehouse operations to effectively control the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of products, systems, and services to customers. You will also showcase your expertise by proposing and managing the annual warehouse budget. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification business area in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for: - Operating within the approved budget and managing the warehouse staff activities to optimize resource utilization and determines corrective actions for cost-related issues as necessary. - Improving warehouse operations using lean practices. Optimizes process and transportation process. In case of 3PL set-up, collaborates with the logistics provider. - Planning and optimizing warehouse utilization and inventory. Ensures that the import, inbound, outbound and export documentation is properly managed and resolves operational issues. - Monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders and keeping stock control systems up to date; and overseeing stock control and processing orders. - Responsible for issues resolutions with the forwarders including service quality, claims (forwarder) etc. Our team dynamics: You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- You are highly skilled in customs, trade and transportation operations. Import, inbound, outbound and export documentation is properly managed and resolves operational issues.
- You are skilled in logistics and team management (2 to 5 people as direct report).
- You are knowledgeable in SAP, continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma - green belt (desirable).
- You have 5 years of experience as a logistic manager or similar positions with a team in charge.
- You are passionate about problem solving, communication at all levels (internal and external customers), conflict management and contract management with logistics and customs suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in international business, Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish at intermediate level.
