**We are looking for a DevSecOps Senior to be part of our global team in Colombia**

In this position, you will design and implement software solutions, working closely with teams in the USA and Brazil.

**Your mission**:

- Collaborate with the engineering organization in order to choose the best approaches to specific problems;
- Identity points in processes that can be optimized or enhanced;
- Help implement a “DevOps mindset” throughout all the teams;
- Create and/or validate Infrastructure as Code scripts for our entire solution;
- Create and/or validate pipelines to help developers shorten development and release cycles;
- Help developers set up their development environments;
- Document DevOps processes and pipelines;
- Be part of the client’s DevOps team, learn its pipelines, technologies, and processes, and collaborate with it, by bringing in new ideas and solutions.;
- Lead efforts to identify, prioritize, and remediate security-related issues across infrastructure and the software development lifecycle;
- Work with compliance, legal, and auditors to enable successful implementation of security and compliance frameworks/standards.

**We are looking for someone who has knowledge in**:

- Advanced knowledge managing Linux server environments;
- Docker and Kubernetes;
- Experience with Cloud, preferable on GCP, but can also be on AWS or Azure;
- Good understanding of Infrastructure as Code, preferable with experience with Terraform, or similar such as GCP Deployment Manager, AWS Cloudformation, Azure Resource Manager;
- Experience coordinating and performing vulnerability assessments through the use of automated and manual tools;
- Deep knowledge of key management systems, certificate management, encryption, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, security and monitoring tools, etc;
- Knowledge of common attack vectors including OWASP Top 10, DDoS, Phishing, etc;
- High English Level

**It will be great if you have**:

- Knowledge of SOC, ISO27001, CIS, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, and other privacy and security frameworks/standards;
- Experience with SIRP, SIEM, and IDS/IPS/WAF solutions;
- Proficient in Bash script and one of more other scripting languages;
- Experience with CI and CD pipelines, preferable on Azure DevOps;
- Ability to work with APIs to integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines, reports, and automated processes;
- Good Troubleshooting skills;
