Como Clinical Specialist desempeñarás un rol clave en la implementación de la estrategia educativa en la división de Soluciones de Cuidado Oral para la región Andina. En este rol podrás contribuir a la educación de los odontólogos para un mejor ejercicio de la profesión, trabajando con nuestras universidades para la entrega de información de primera mano y aportando nuevas ideas al equipo de marketing, canal y ventas en la generación de nuevas oportunidades.

El impacto que tendrás en este rol- Generarás ideas innovadoras relacionadas con actividades educativas- Conducirás conferencias y entrenamientos, actividades demostrativas relacionados con soluciones para el cuidado Oral para odontólogos, especialistas, representantes de ventas de 3M y la distribución.- Implementarás la estrategia educativa propuesta por el equipo de Scientific Affairs y Marketing- Motivarás y acompañarás al equipo de ventas en la búsqueda de nuevos clientes, influenciadores del mercado y conversión de clientes.- Acompañarás a las Universidades en el entrenamiento de portafolio de productos

Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos- Título profesional en Odontología con especialidad en Rehabilitación Oral u Operatoria y materiales dentales.- Experiência mínima de 5 años clínica en el área de Odontología y uso de materiales dentales.- Nível de Inglés intermedio.- Posición con base en Bogotá con disponibilidad y flexibilidad para viajar nacional e internacionalmente un 30% del tiempo.- Habilidades en presentaciones efectivas y comunicación asertiva, manejo de estrategias educativas, habilidades comerciales
