What you'll do
- You will report to Sr Manager Service Management to contribute to technical and customer-focused position, deliver of professional services to fulfil customer requirements and exceed customer expectations.
- You will provide technical support for a variety of CSGi's software/ hardware-based solutions (incident management).
- Deliver a high quality of customer service
- Maintain close interaction with our teams
- Provide remote and on-site support and professional services to strategic customers
- Install and commission customer solutions
- Conduct solution acceptance testing and handover

You should have
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 6 months experience on Customer Service
- Experience doing Technical Troubleshooting
- Customer Support Interaction with Mobile Operators in the Region.
- Experience in MySQL, Oracle
- Experience in Linux installation and administration
- Experience in Development/Scripting skills - Perl, Bash, JavaScript, and Ansible®
- Proficient in English in a business environment
