**Innovation Manager Latam**:
This position will contribute to driving the innovation process and set along with our brands the mid/long-term product roadmap for South Andean, from insights and trends analyze to concepts generation into the ideation stage, bringing opportunities to the business.

This is a hands-on role where curiosity, initiative, and proactive level will have a direct impact on the go projects.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead the innovation process and methodologies, particularly the ideation stage and the entry to the feasibility stage, working together with the marketing and technical team.
- Working along with the marketing teams to have a healthy innovation sufficiency, %sales per innovation, #projects.
- Identify new concept opportunities for our categories and markets based on the marketing understanding, political and regulatory, environmental, and technological trends. Align with our purpose and business value proposition.
- Keep building the innovation culture and mindset through training and innovation spaces that bring us new capabilities across the teams.
- Management of the innovation process in the region.

**Who You Are**:

- Must have curiosity and passion for product development
- Ability to be both creative and process-oriented in support of driving innovation and execution
- Be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Organized and able to prioritize workload
- At least 6 years of professional experience in consumer marketing, trend watching, consumer insights
- Creativity workshops facilitation and management of output
- Cross-functional, cross markets, cross-brand project management skills
- Spanish-English C1
