**Profile**:
We’re seeking team members who are passionate about creating world-class technology products, for this position we need an Engineer who leads back-end development projects to create scalable, secure, automated, and integrated solutions (using APIs, libraries, and reusable scripts) according to Launch Mobility's business needs.

REQUIRED technical skills:

- Python 3. Intermediate-Advanced level coding writing complex logic (3 years).
- Flask, Fast API or similar framework.
- Experience with SQL-PostgreSQL- MySQL.
- Experience with ORM- SQLalchemy.
- Experience building API/REST (2 years).
- Agile software product development experience.

Nice to have: Experience with AWS, serverless architecture, Docker, CI/Cd Testing, NoSQL, building scalable systems and Microservices, knowledge about front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, and a Scrum certificate.

Main Functions:

- Build and maintain robust and scalable Python code using Flask Blueprints.
- Integrate and develop REST-based APIs and microservices.
- Help define and shape our backend architecture.
- Implement strong, hands-on CI / CD testing.
- Work closely with our operations team to identify and prioritize the most impactful product improvements.
