- ‎ Cluster Underwriting Manager We are looking for a leader to drive and manage the placement and insurance operations strategy for our insurance broker Nacora, at a regional level. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the placement of general insurance programs in the Colombian market and across the Andean and Central American cluster, while also leading the growth of the transportation insurance product. A key role for professionals who combine strategic vision, operational execution, and strong relationships within the insurance market, with direct impact on business growth and regional expansion. **

- Drive growth in the transportation line of business by leading strategic placement and product promotion with key partners.
- Optimize placement across all lines ensuring efficiency and competitiveness in general, property, and collective insurance programs.
- Lead with a results-driven mindset, monitoring and acting on key performance indicators to improve performance and profitability.
- Strengthen collaboration with the commercial team, enabling successful deal closures and enhancing the value proposition for clients.
- Ensure portfolio sustainability, leading renewals, claims support, and operations with a focus on customer experience and budget control. What we would like you to bring
- Proven experience in insurance placement within brokers/intermediaries
- experience structuring, negotiating, and closing complex general insurance programs.
- Strong underwriting and leadership background
- capable of managing operations, leading teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise across multiple insurance lines
- including cargo, property, liability, storage, and life, with a holistic understanding of risk.
- International exposure & stakeholder management skills
- comfortable working across regions (Andean, Central America, Caribbean) and with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced English (B2+) and 3-6 years of relevant experience
