**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a strong and well-optimized UI set of assets that are performant across devices
- Create deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, designs, and functional prototypes
- Work with the product owners, design, and cross-functional teams to come up with testable options
- Contribute to the product roadmap, including conducting user research and estimating level of effort and complexity
- Utilize A/B testing to present and validate design solutions when possible
- Deliver a UX vision that is aligned with the McKesson roadmap, propose plans for evolutionary and iterative updates
- Collaborate and contribute to support of Health Mart/McKesson visual brand standards and assets
- Navigate a fast-paced Agile environment requiring independent self-direction with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2 to 3 years of experience with User Experience Design and User Interface Design
- Experience creating User Flow Mapping
- Fast creation of prototypes
- Experience with Figma & Zeplin tools.
- English From B1 to B2
- Good command of the English language with the ability to explain design cases both written and orally.
- Ability to digest information quickly and make recommendations regarding best UX and UI practices
- Knowledge of best practices, and the ability to recommend best practices that line up with client needs.
- Knowledge of current trends in UX/UI design.
- Nice to have: Experience working requirements through Azure DevOps.

**IMMEDIATE PROJECT WORK**
- Ajustement of previously created design systems and/or prototypes
- Assess and understand documentation provided by clients.
- Website Redesign/ Rebuild Projects
- Review and consolidation of delivered designs.
- Present Monthly updates on designs.

- People-savvy and able to navigate and flex to varied personalities and communications styles
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Proficient at managing multiple projects with tight and often competing deadlines
- Strong ability to act independently and contribute to a team environment with sound business judgment, professional and emotional maturity
- Excellent listening skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence without authority across all levels and functions
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of healthcare/pharmacy industry
