**The Role**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Lead and conduct extensive research to gather insights, document findings, analyze data, and generate comprehensive research outputs.
- Translate complex concepts into high-quality mockups, user flows, prototypes, and wireframes, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to designers, offering insights and best practices for UI design and fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with designers and technical stakeholders in design sessions, contributing valuable assessments and recommendations regarding UI/UX design best practices.
- Utilize user data, heuristics, design system components, and guidelines to provide informed input for product management and engineering decisions, ensuring the creation of user-centered digital products.
- Design and execute usability testing sessions, employing industry-standard methodologies to gather user feedback and refine product designs for optimal usability and user satisfaction.
- Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system, including design patterns, style guides, and component libraries, to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.
- Drive the creation of user-centric digital products, championing a holistic approach to user experience design that encompasses usability, accessibility, and visual aesthetics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design advancements, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the design team and other stakeholders.

**What we looking for**:
**Experience**:

- English Advanced language skills
- More that 5 years of experience in design of product or services
- Expertise in UI/UX software such as Sketch, XD, Figma
- In-depth knowledge of market research, competitive landscape, and testing methods (A/B, multivariate testing)
- Customer obsessed

- Critical thinker and problem-solving
- Clear understanding of user centered design and design thinking
- Experience working in agile teams and with Project manage
- Effectively communication of design processes, ideas and solutions

Skills and attitudes:
