**The Role: Senior Accountant**:
The Senior Accountant, will execute key accounting activities of the company and subsidiaries, ensuring the completeness of the accounting information in compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP, corporate policies and procedures. This position will execute daily accounting transactions, internal control activities and month-end processes. Will report to the General Ledger Manager and will have close interaction with Treasury, AP, AR, Payroll and Taxes.

**Your Day-to-Day**:
This job posting is for a Senior Accountant on our Finance team. Here's what you'll be doing in your day-to-day work:

- Execute Accounting processes and transactions (JEV's, Accruals, Amortizations, etc.)
- Execute month-end closing activities.
- Management of the trial balance and chart of accounts.
- Provide insights for the financial information preparation (financial statements, variance analysis, monthly & quarterly finance packages).
- Accounts reconciliations (banks, IC, AR, AP, etc.)
- Support all areas of the company that impact accounting records.
- Attention and execution of corporate audits (internal and external).
- Fixed asset management/control (addition, deletion, depreciation, physical existence, reconciliation, etc)
- Intercompany transactions management and reconciliation.
- Trial balance analysis.
- Operating expenses control/analysis.

**Must-have Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
- Solid knowledge of General Accounting, US GAAP and Taxes.
- Corporate accounting experience.
- CPA or equivalent.
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Experience with fiscal and statutory requirements.
- Knowledge of transfer prices.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills (i.e. Excel).
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills.

**Nice-to-have Skills**:

- SOX experience
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience in the Technological Industry environment.
- Masters in accounting, finance, or related.
