Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to help ensure the reliability, usability, and performance of our contract lifecycle management product: Zeal. The QA Analyst will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify issues before release, validate new features, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for new features, product enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before software releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
- Assist in developing automated test scripts and expanding automated test coverage where appropriate.
- Monitor product quality metrics and recommend improvements to testing processes.
- Reproduce customer-reported issues and work with development teams to resolve them.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards, documentation, and best practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience creating detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and API testing tools such as Playwright and Selenium
- Experience using issue tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database validation. Technical Skills

- Knowledge of automated testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) (preferred)
- API testing
