**As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for the creation of tests to identify issues with our software before the product launch. Duties include identifying and analyzing any bugs and errors found during the test phase and documenting them for review after.**

**Other tasks include developing and running new tests, reporting on the results, and collaborating with software programmers to fix any issues found.**

**What you will do at ODILO**
- Use critical thinking and analytical skills to discover problems in software.
- Discover, analyze, and document defects and risks in the products.
- Learn a product to simultaneously design, develop and execute tests.
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
- Document and report result of tests for the software development team.
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.
- Works together with the software programmers and the product owners to enhance and improve programs.
- Research and compare similar competitor products.
- Drive innovation with updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven testing experience in software development companies.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Great oral and written communication skills.
- Be a team player and able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- 2+ years of experience in testing.
- Proven work experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Qase or any other test management tools.
- Experience working within an agile development team.
- Have a strong desire to solve problems, results oriented.
- Positive attitude and ability to solve problems autonomously.
