**Role Objective**:

- The support processes analyst has the duty of standardize and continually improve the processes agents follow when they provide solutions to our allies. Through the elaboration of flowcharts and frequently analysis of the main KPIs of our services. He/she will be working on coherency with the needs of the internal operation of Rappi brancada (restaurants,CPGs and E-commerce) and the needs and improvement opportunities of the BPO.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Build and keep on track the flowcharts for the agents of the BPO
- Analize the processes and seek for opportunities of improvement, seeking their optimization of time, for a better satisfaction of the needs of our allies.
- Align with the BPO the launching of new actualization of processes
- Align with the branches to solve the needs of the BPO by doing the planing and development of new processes, seeking improvement on the tools used by the agents
- Briefs creations and dashboards.

**Key Requirements**:

- Professional on Industrial Engineering or Business Management
- 1 year as data analyst or process analyst
- Advance Excel and Power Point (similar tools)
- Detail oriented
- Design, develop and evaluation of process
- Advance argumentative and analisys skills.

**Must Skills**:

- Experience with client service
- English (B1-B2)
- Power BI.
