The Subject Matter Expert is a fully trained customer service representative (rapid response) who has attained expert knowledge in responding to members inquiries and complaints and troubleshooting problems with services.

**Formal Requirements**:

- High school degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
- English & Spanish Proficiency
- 6 months to 1 year of experience at related roles

**Required Skills**:

- MS Office Tools skills
- BPO voice experience

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide knowledge, resources, and information to support agents.
- Address customer concerns in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist advisors in soliciting material and updating accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of content.
- Coach and train agents to enhance customer interaction and provide guidance to advisors.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and services and their competitive advantages through continuous self-improvement and adherence to quality standards.
