WHAT YOUâLL DO: RealPage is looking for a Senior.NET Developer for our Investment Management team. RealPage is a leading global provider of software and data analytics for the real estate industry. The Investment Management team makes software for real estate companies to collect and report on their operational data.

Out team works in two-week sprints, and we release new code every sprint. Our engineers are full-stack and work on the UI, back-end services, the API layer, and elements of the database design.

This role is focused on our Data Aggregation solution for our internal and external clients. You will enjoy working collaboratively with others to design and deliver new features or enhance existing features to a continually evolving product. You will work closely with Business Analysts and Project Managers to understand requirements and estimate delivery timescales.

Knowledge of the property industry is not a pre-requisite.

We have an operations team that manages deployment, monitoring, and availability
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyse business requirements and design technical solutions
- Estimate time to complete work items
- Work with team members in the design/ implementation/ testing and delivery of features (UI/ Services and API)
- Plan and deliver features
- Build and manage the deployment of release packages
- Support internal and external clients to resolve issues and bugs
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Incorporate best practices and maintain development standards
- Knowledge sharing
- Promote teamwork and empower junior members
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:Skills/Qualifications**:

- 5 + years C#.net (current.Net Core experience)
- 2+ years Angular
- Onion Services a plus
- Experience writing.net components for Power BI a plus
- SQL/ TQSL
- Python is a Plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, technical documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and guide others. Work well in a dynamic team environment
- Fluent written and spoken English
