Your role As a Services Consulting Engineer, you will be the customer-facing solution validation expert, providing critical support to customers in validating their network solutions. In this role you will play a key role in:

- Engaging directly with customers and Cisco stakeholders to plan and execute validation engagements, supporting Webscale or Enterprise customers to accelerate implementation of new platforms and solutions
- Driving requirements discussions, analyzing test requirements, building test lab configurations, authoring and executing test plans, and documenting results to validate new design solutions
- Collaborating with Solution Architects and engineering teams to identify and resolve key issues and gaps, while innovating to gain efficiency and accelerate validation efforts

** Your profile**
- 10+ years experience working with Cisco Campus environments, with strong knowledge of NX-OS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, IOS configuration, and Cisco DC and Enterprise platforms (Catalyst Platforms)
- Expertise in network technologies including VXLAN, LISP, BGP, OSPF Routing, and Data Center Switching, with R&S and/or DC CCNA certification required (CCNP preferred)
- Programming experience (Python, ROBOT), knowledge of Ixia/Spirent test tools, and experience with test and validation methodologies, with additional skills in SDWAN, Wireless WLC, gRPC, or IOS-XR being advantageous
