Role Description

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offers and onboarding
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions
- Analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve processes and strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a remote setting
- Strong familiarity with the Greenhouse ATS platform is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in using various sourcing tools and platforms

Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
- A high degree of motivation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field
