**Position Summary**

elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze existing content, identify gaps, and develop an SEO-driven content strategy.
- Conduct keyword rankings, organic traffic, and engagement metrics analysis to assess content performance.
- Plan and organize content publishing schedules to align with SEO goals.
- Configure and optimize tracking tools to monitor SEO performance across GA4, Search Console & Tag Manager.
- Implement call tracking and lead scoring to measure conversion effectiveness.
- Track backlink performance, disavow toxic links, and refine strategies for improved domain authority.

**Qualifications**
- Proven track record working with SEO of at least two years.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, local, and technical SEO best practices.
- Experience with tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4, etc.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and stay proactive.
- A highly motivated individual eager to grow and take initiative.
