**ABOUT THE JOB**:
Are you passionate about Casino? You now have the opportunity to join the Latin America Casino team based in our brand new LATAM hub in Bogota.

- PAULA GUERRAWork with some of the most experienced people in the industry to bring the online casino revolution to Latin America. Plan and execute campaigns, work on game release schedules, and do anything else that ensures our customers get the best casino experience in the industry.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL CONSIST OF**:

- Supporting the Casino Manager in conceptualizing promotions and player activities.
- Delivering a flawless customer experience across all CRM channels.
- Acting as a point of contact for your region regarding the Casino product.
- Actively monitor game placement and performance in your region.
- Writing campaign copy for promotions and player activities.
- Configuring player rewards in our Campaign Management system.
- Using JIRA to manage all Casino CRM projects effectively and communicate with all teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring and checking our websites and mobile apps to ensure all gaming content and promotions are optimized and correctly displayed for the local market. You will also liaise with our central teams about any updates needed.
- Assisting with the day-to-day ad-hoc tasks and being the first point of reference for any questions or issues around Casino CRM activities in your region.
- In addition to standard working hours, you will also work on a roster along with other Coordinators to provide after-hours support on any campaign incidents that may arise.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good understanding of English, both verbal and written.
- Passionate about Casino.
- Proficient user of Excel.
- At least one year of experience in igaming.
- You speak Spanish at least at a conversational level.

**EXTRA AWESOME**:

- You have previous experience with CRM or Casino.
- Native in Spanish
- English Proficiency
