Currently, we are looking for a **remote Lead **Test Automation Engineer with Java to join our team

The customer is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures shoes, clothing and accessories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and lead QA processes on the project (define test strategy/test plan and execute it)
- Be a SPOC and primary responsible for all product quality related questions
- Supervise 5 QA teams (2-3 QA each)
- Tests creation/maintenance/review/execution

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in automated testing
- Experience to manage QA teams
- Experience to set and manage QA processes on the project
- Good understanding of both functional and automation testing
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence, Agile (Scrum & Kanban)
- Experience with Selenium
- B2+ level of English

**Nice to have**:

- Apache JMeter
- Cucumber
- NeoLoad
- Postman
