**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Promote
- Act as ambassador of Equisoft’s employer brand by actively building and supporting the employee experience
- Promote the values and culture of our organization
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws

Advise
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, development plans)
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Accompany and advise managers on human resources best practices, whether in staffing, change management, labor relations, training or performance management

Support- Act as a liaison between the various HR team members to ensure that HR services are provided and needs of internal clients are met in a timely fashion
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee engagement
- Support training initiatives, including coordinating employee recognition programs and the onboarding process
**MUST-HAVES**
- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in human resources in a similar role
- Excellent working proficiency of Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Office
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- Certified Human Resources Professional designation
- Experience in the IT environment, ideally software development, and in an international context
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industries
