We are Mordor Staffing a concierge outsourcing for small to medium-sized USA businesses located in Medellin Colombia. We are not about getting people jobs, we get people careers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Their duties include verifying employees' work hours
- Payment through the payroll system
- Resolve issues with deductions, earnings, and other statements to employees, and updating payroll records regularly.
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- They will also be in charge of updating bank direct deposit bank accounts, loans, and such as needed
- Needs to be very detailed and oriented

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English
- Great organizational Skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- High School Degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relative

**Contract**: Full time position with indefinite term labor contract
**Location**: Colombia - Medellin
**Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
