Analyst - Treasury

**Job Description
**- Manages and executes transactions associated with daily cash balancing process.
- Administers numerous bank reporting platforms.
- Processes borrowing requests from financial institutions.
- Compiles daily cash reports for bank account reconciliation.
- Executes wire transfers and other funding necessary to balance company’s cash position.
- Assures wires are approved in accordance with Limits of Authority Policy.
- Coordinates with company’s banks to resolve cash issues in a timely manner.
- Maintains treasury files and Access database for operating activities, including wires and ACH.
- Coordinates monthly borrowing base calculations for two (2) credit facilities.
- Compiles information and produces daily debt communication for senior management.
- Tracks key interest rates utilized for external reporting.
- Facilitates foreign exchange transactions through coordination with bank service providers.
- Assists with cash forecasting on weekly and monthly basis.
- Assists in evaluation of new products, services, or systems for cash management.
- Works closely with accounting to facilitate booking of entries, journals, and any adjustments.

**Job Requirements
**EXPERIENCE**:
3 years required, 5 years preferred of relevant experience.

2 years preferred of treasury workstation or bank software.

1 year preferred of international experience.

**EDUCATION**:
Bachelors’ Degree in Business, finance or related required; Certified treasury professional preferred

**SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS**:
Knowledge of cash management products

Proficient in Access, Exce,l and other software packages

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

**Working Environment**:
**General Office** - Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.

**physical requirements**:
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time.

Employee required to analyze and interpret complex data.
