ABOUT THE TEAM:
RealPage is a leading global provider of software and data analytics for the real estate industry.

The Asset & Investment Management team makes software for real estate companies to collect
and report on their operational data.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Full-Stack in the.NET Development team, you will be supporting the team in adding features and stretching the tech debt gap of our existing products, as well as facing new projects that can provide value to the Company. We have a great team with a great working environment, and you will be part of challenging projects that will make you excel.

You will be a key part in the Software Development Life Cycle, being accountable for the work items you will be tackling with the best quality. You will work with best practices for coding and under an integrated DevOps environment. All of this within an Agile Framework.

You will be interacting with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Angular.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participate in Scrum Ceremonies as part of the Development Team.
- Estimate time to complete work items.
- Be accountable for the Work Items that are assigned.
- Be prepared to write Full-Stack code and Unit Tests.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
- Follow Industry Best practices while coding and write Unit tests.
- Participate in Code Review process as pair reviewer.
- Be technical guide for less senior engineers in the team.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
**Education**:

- Required: College Degree/Bachelor in any Software Development professional career equivalent.
- Nice to have: Certified developer in.NET technologies, SOA Developer, Scrum Developer.
**Skills/Qualifications**:

- 5+ Years of Experience in Software Development roles.
- Experience in.NET Technologies (C#, ASP.NET).
- Experience in SQL (Nice to have: Transact-SQL).
- Experience in Angular 7+,
- Experience building SOAP Web services and REST APIs
- Nice to have: Experience in Scrum.
- Required level B2 of English or higher.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Accountability.
- Proactiveness.
- Problem Solving.
- Logical reasoning.
- Critical Thinking.
- Goal-oriented.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
**Systems Experience**:

- Required: Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, GIT, Office 365.
- Nice to have: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio Code, Postman, Slack.
