**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, and cabinetry installation with precision and attention to detail
- Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project plans
- Install fixtures such as doors, siding, roofing components, and moldings in various settings
- Conduct concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and water damage restoration as needed
- Execute flooring installation, tile laying, electrical wiring, plumbing tasks, and metal stud framing
- Engage in remodeling projects involving cabinetry, fixture installation, and general carpentry repairs
- Perform heavy lifting safely to transport materials or equipment on-site
- Conduct restoration work such as mold remediation and water damage repair with adherence to safety standards

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience (3 yrs minimum ) in construction estimating, site work, or related fields within the construction or restoration industry
- Strong knowledge (3 yrs minimum ) of carpentry disciplines including framing, trim carpentry, woodwork, and cabinet installation
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and fabrication techniques
- Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Knowledge of plumbing systems or electrical wiring is a plus but not mandatory
- Restoration industry experience or water damage remediation skills are advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to various project requirements
- Valid construction site experience with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety compliance
