**We are searching the best talent for Global Expense Reporting Manager to be in Cali, Colombia.**

**Responsibilities for this Expense Reporting Manager will include the following**:

  • The incumbent will be responsible for management of the end-to-end Global Expense Reporting program including BPO management, Corporate Card program management/payments, and the Concur platform.
  • Will work very closely with other Compliance teams, to drive a comprehensive program for evaluating markets based on different risk profiles and operationalize a risk audit procedure that the Shared Services team will follow to monitor and proactively identify opportunity areas.
  • Will be expected to regularly present findings to senior management. Therefore, s/he must possess the ability to simplify complex or controversial information and successfully present it to senior level management and business partners.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for the overall SOX compliance of the Concur system and ensuring that all controls are in place and followed consistently. S/he will also have to partner with the Global Audit organization to understand SOX requirement changes that may impact the Expense Reporting Program.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for the governance and required updates to the Global Travel, Meetings and Expense Policy collaborating across various key stakeholders. This will include required updates to the annual training course associated with this policy.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for overall Expense Reporting budgeting/forecasting.

**Qualifications**

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • English fluency is required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the area of finance, accounting or directly related area is required.
  • A CMA, CPA, CFE, PMP or MBA is preferred.
  • Concur/Expense Reporting experience preferred.
  • Experience with analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with and the ability to frame issues/opportunities for senior management is required.
  • The ability to influence outcomes and to effectively prioritize efforts based on the key company objectives with mínimal supervision is required.
  • Given the sensitive nature of the projects, this individual must be a strong leader who will maintain the highest standards of compliance and accountability and be extremely comfortable dealing with various levels of senior management.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements at the same time required.
  • Proven ability to identify root cause of problems/issues and appropriately engage others in the identification and implementation of a solution required.
  • Proven leadership experience in training, leading, inspiring and motivating direct and indirect individuals and/or teams required.
