**What a typical day will look like**

The Business Services Analyst will manage administrative, logístical and project tasks for permanent support to the Company's management.
- Assist Management by coordinating meetings and the necessary logistics for them.
- Analysis of figures and generation of presentations with projection of conclusions.
- Gives the executive committee processed data and strategic advice so they are able to make better decisions in strategic and tactical matters so the execution is more agile.
- Is in charge of the management of the CEO´s agenda, balancing the relationship of the CEO with colleagues, clients and carriers taking decisions of the agenda to balance urgent and important matters.
- Communication with local, regional and global Aon managers and interaction with internal Aon colleagues.
- Support in the Company's own activities.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Experience: Technical Knowledge: 7 years' work experience, including 2 in the insurance/reinsurance market.
- Studies and/or specialties: Bachelor's Degree or Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related degrees
- Languages: Advanced English level.
- Technological tools: Advanced level knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point and Office in general.
- Proactivity, focus on results, responsibility, resilience, accessibility and organizational skills.
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis, communication and interpersonal relationships.
