Automation and CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure CRM systems and project management tools to meet our clients' business requirements
- Create low-code automation solutions to streamline business processes for our clients
- Analyze existing workflows and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Create detailed statements of work and document feature requirements
- Provide training and support to clients on CRM and automation tools
- Monitor and maintain implemented solutions to ensure optimal performance
**Requirements**:
- Conversational English proficiency
- Strong understanding of API integrations
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (preferred)
- Experience as a product manager or software developer (a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to create clear and concise statements of work and feature documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Availability to work with clients in US time zones
