**Responsibilities**
Paid Media
- Develop and refine creative strategy for Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis (Foreplay) to identify winning creative and copy trends.
- Build shot lists, remotely direct photo/video shoots, and manage creative production from concept through editing.
- Write and refine ad copy; oversee campaign asset delivery and organization in.
- Collaborate with media buying agencies to align on testing roadmaps, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
- Monitor creative performance, analyze results, and scale top-performing angles.
- Manage creative operations: naming conventions, asset tagging, Dropbox/Monday structure, and cross-team handoffs.
- Oversee UGC strategy: script concepts, negotiate creator contracts, and integrate UGC into paid media mix.
- Conduct competitor analysis to surface fresh creative and messaging opportunities.
- Partner with design and retention teams to maintain consistency across campaigns and automations.
- Analyze campaign performance to iterate on winning angles, improve CVR, and drive stronger engagement and LTV.
Cross-Channel Creative Strategy
- Oversee seasonal campaign concepts, inspiration sourcing (Pinterest, Foreplay, competitor decks), and photoshoot direction.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams on creative briefs, weekly/bi-weekly syncs, and contract reviews.
- Maintain a holistic creative dashboard to track and refine performance across channels (angles, hooks, formats, landing pages).
