He/She/They will support design efforts for various clients from concept to launch. As part of our team you will be working on shaping product ideas into stunning interface designs. You will have a strong startup founders’ vision, you will be creating wireframe diagrams, branding proposals, prototypes and final UI designs. You will also collaborate tightly with the engineering team, explaining your designs and making changes when technical considerations arise. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, collaborative, and thrives in a startup environment working on a variety of projects.

Location: Remote Friendly

As a No-Code Developer a typical day might include the following:

- Create design proposals for apps, websites, landing pages and other platforms.
- Test your proposals with users.
- Create innovative, scalable, fault-tolerant software solutions.
- Create clear technical specifications.
- Turn conceptual ideas into intuitive and elegant interfaces and stay up-to-date with UX/UI patterns and trends.
- Collaborate with designers, clients, and business stakeholders to design solutions that align with project goals.
- Collaborate to produce visual assets for new business.
- Attend team stand-ups, and client meetings, and work with project management tools to stay organized and efficiently communicate with the team.

This job might be the right one for you if:

- Design degree or formed in UX/UI.
- Proven work of Figma.
- Solid knowledge of User Research, DCU.
- Solid ability with Webflow, or similar software as a service for website building and hosting.
- Ability with Glide, Softr or Bubble.
- Working understanding of databases and programming logic.
- Structured analytical thinking.
- Experience working with agile methodologies.
- Knowledge with User Centered Design for multiple platforms (web, iOS, Android, responsive).
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.

You might have also had:

- Spanish language skills (we are a Latin American start-up).
- Experience starting or scaling a successful startup.
- Demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces.
- Knowledge in project management and CRM softwares.
