We are partnering with a global leader in IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, powered by AI. The company has experienced strong double-digit growth over the years, serving diverse industries in over 20 countries and managing more than 15 million endpoints globally.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Revenue Operations Analyst**also known as** Order & Governance analyst** who is going to join our Deal Desk team, with a primary focus on order governance. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our order processing and revenue recognition activities.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Order Governance: Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of order data in the CRM and ERP systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all order processing activities adhere to internal controls and ASC 606 regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and customer facing teams to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to order processing and revenue recognition. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the quotation process and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in order management, revenue operations or an accounting related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel and NetSuite
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and revenue recognition principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
