**Job Title: Sales Agent (Insurance Industry)**
**Location**: Remote (Full-Time)

**About the Role**: RecLatam, a legal staffing company, is hiring a full-time Sales Agent for one of our insurance clients. We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in the insurance industry, excellent English skills, and a passion for customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Accurately manage customer information and sales data.
- Understand and explain complex insurance policies and services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the insurance industry.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems.
