Looking to take the next step in your career? Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Information Management Solution (Pims) Administrator to join the Digital group in Colombia (Medellin or Bogota).

This journey will lead to improve project outcomes, being able to leverage the digital twin, systems integration and interoperability, support for decision-making, autonomous execution, and integrated operations and performance centers.
- Support Omega Pims and its interaction with the systems that it is dependent on in the Hatch digital ecosystem.
- Support and monitor the environment in conjunction with the Pims functional teams. Pims will be used used as the Platform for Hatch’s Project Management system.
- Monitor Zendesk tickets logged by the Pims Functional team.
- Escalate tickets into the Omega Pims ticketing system and monitor these tickets working with the Omega support team.
- Report any integration data issues into the Common Data environment (CDE) working with the Data Hub and Azure Administrators.
- Perform day-to-day system administration and play an important role in technical software support and associated implementations.
- Be a part of the global Administration Support team who have the responsibility for various Hatch Systems to ensure these Systems operate in a manner that supports Hatch projects and corporate environments.
- Engage the team when required to solve technical issues with our digital project delivery approach.
- Be responsible for technical guidance to the functional team.
- Troubleshoot data issues, monitor data transfers and integrations to and from the CDE for Pims
- Log bugs/issues in Azure DevOps and follow up with dev teams
- Use your experience and skills for continuous improvement in functional and performance of the system through monitoring of patterns of support requests and issues

**You bring to the role**:

- A solution driven, customer focused mindset with a passion for data/content/information management and team collaboration
- Data processing and integration operations experience
- Understanding of the Nexgen system to make informative diagnoses and decisions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
- Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and knowledge of analytical tools
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and ability to work well with others
- The ability to work and conduct research independently
- System Administration diploma/certificate or Computer Science degree
- The ability to manage time efficiently and multi-tasks effectively
- Understanding of project management principles
- The ability to think and work quickly to remedy system shutdowns or serious software problems
- Omega Pims experience will be an asset
- The ability to effectively interface with technical and nontechnical staff at all organizational levels
