**¿Cuál será tu misión?**
- Liderar estratégicamente las consultorías digitales realizando una evaluación integral de los clientes en los 8 pilares que impactan un e-Commerce: Technology, Logistic & Operations, Customer Service, Digital Organization, Data analytics, User Experience, Product & Channels Management y Marketing Digital.

**Los retos clave que asumirás con nosotros serán**:

- Entender y conocer a profundidad el negocio 360 del cliente y el mercado, identificando los retos a los que se enfrenta hoy en día.
- Identificar oportunamente y liderar la creación de propuestas estratégicas junto con entregables de valor que impacten directamente en el nível de maduración del cliente en sus 8 pilares: Technology, Logistic & Operations, Customer Service, Digital Organization, Data analytics, User Experience, Product & Channels Management y Marketing Digital.
- Realizar trabajo de campo teniendo relaciones de valor con los stakeholders necesarios para reunir toda la información crítica del proyecto.
- Compartir hallazgos e iniciativas mediante una comunicación asertiva y de impacto, tanto para el equipo interno como al cliente.

**¿Qué necesitas para ser un Rockstar en esta posición?**
- Ser profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de empresas, Marketing o similares. Deseable postgrado en innovación, digital o relacionado con estos.
- Debes ser una persona altamente proactiva, autónoma y con excelente capacidad para tomar decisiones de manera independiente. Buscamos a alguien determinado, ágil y con iniciativa, que sepa resolver desafíos sin necesidad de indicaciones constantes. Si eres una persona pila y despierta, **este es el lugar para ti**:

- **Al menos 10 años** manejando temas relacionados a comercio electrónico como e-Commerce manager, coordinador de e-Commerce, idealmente manejando el 360 del negocio (Logística, ventas, servicio al cliente, data, etc).
- Excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento y comunicación asertiva.
- Experiência en manejo y liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios (UX/UI Designer, FrontEnd Dev, Automation, QA, SEO, etc)
