**What You Can Expect**:
The Procure to Pay Senior Specialist is resposible to design, maintain, and deliver strategic reports and dashboards that provide visibility into P2P performance, compliance status, and risk indicators, enabling informed decisions and alignment
with audit and control requirements.

**How You'll Create Impact**:

- Design and maintain dashboards for P2P KPIs (aging, SLAs, OTPs, open items, audit tracking)
- Consolidate data across multiple systems (SAP, JDE, Ariba) and countries for unified visibility.
- Track control execution status (SOX, monthly validations, tax reports) and escalate gaps.
- Prepare compliance reports including 1099, 1042-S, and Puerto Rico WHT tracking.
- Collaborate with teams to clean and validate data sources.
- Deliver recurring reports to Finance, P2P leadership, and auditors.
- Identify and document anomalies, trends, or risks in operational performance.
- Provide support during audits through evidence tracking and reporting.
- Partner with IT or automation leads to improve data flow and visualization tools
- Maintain data dictionaries and definitions aligned with global process standards.
- Participate in SOP and DTP updates related to reporting responsibilitie

**What Makes You Stand Out**:
Experience in the financial area, process automation, and process improvement. Experience and knowledge in Power BI, management of charts, and databases.

**Your Background**:
Professional in accounting, finance, or administrative careers.

Experience in SAP.

Strong knowledge of Excel.

3 years of experience in similar positions.

Minimum B2+ level English.

Knowledge of TAX processes for the USA (1049 and 1042) is desirable.

**Travel Expectations**:
Less 5%
