Are you passionate about shaping global compensation strategies and driving operational excellence? We’re seeking a dynamic **Total Rewards Lead Analyst**to join our Compensation Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you’ll lead and collaborate on major global initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of compensation processes and programs across our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead or participate in critical global projects, including Year-end Compensation Planning, working across functions such as Customer Service, HRIS, Contact Center, Talent, Compensation Operations, PxOps, and Communications.
- Lead year-round processes in partnership ensuring compliance with policies, program requirements, and service level agreements.
- Own the LTI (Long-Term Incentive) Choice Program, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to optimize program efficiency.
- Recommend and operationalize standard methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives within a highly matrixed environment involving Global Services, Corporate Services, and third-party vendors.
- Drive key processes such as LTI/STI (Short-Term Incentive) analysis and Inspire Award administration.
- Develop, update, and maintain global compensation tools and documentation regularly.
- Handle day-to-day tasks, initiatives, and projects independently, escalating issues where necessary.
- Support the Global Operations team in delivering short, medium, and long-term cross-functional projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in global compensation, rewards planning, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse functions and vendors.
- Ability to recommend and implement process improvements optimally.
- Keen attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
