Cloud and Network Services (CNS) is our business group leading solutions provider in the telecoms software market helping to drive large-scale service and network operations automation and digital business transformation in support of customer migrations to 5G. **What you will learn and contribute to**

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

- Contribute to implementation plan and technical infrastructure documents
- Contribute to test strategy and test cases
- Understand the basic concepts of requirement management process in terms of capturing, analyzing and specifying customer requirements
- Troubleshooting for standard problems.
- Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
- Work with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements.
- Transfers concepts for professional direction of own organizational unit into actionable measures.
- Provides working leadership and training to less experienced personnel
- May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements

**Your skills and experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technologies
- Ability to quickly understand critical technical topics and issues
- KPI and SLA analysis over IMS and VoLTE NEs
- Periodic PNM KPI reports for VoLTE - IMS NEs
- PNM Auditing process
- Highly self-motivated, acting on own initiative / driver capability, structured working mode
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Availability to travel for short/medium period of time
- Good team player with self-motivation and experience of working within a multi-cultural environment is essential
- 1-2 years as a System Integration engineer on IMS-VoLTE and VoX
- CCNA/JNCIA certification will be an added advantage.
