Lead a dynamic and highly creative team focused on guest experience & revenue generation for 9 outlets, banquets and IRD operations.

Guest satisfaction must always be a focus - creating unique F&B experience.

Generate team development

Work Experience

Hotel administration professional, with at least 5 years of experience in F&B management.

Experience in luxury operation is a must.

Position open to Assistant director F&B looking for the next step.

Interest for sustainable F&B projects.

Fluency in Spanish and English is an essential requirement.
